Guests who stay within the hotel rental pool of participating serviced residences can access the higher tier Stay benefits of U By Emaar. However, owners who live in participating serviced residences will not be able to avail Stay tier benefits. Please note, members cannot use the benefits and discounts of the residency privilege programme in conjunction with the U By Emaar tier benefits and discounts. A minimum of 24 hours is required between checkout and check-in in order for you to get access to your Stay tier benefits, consecutive stays do not apply.
