ELIGIBILITY:

The raffle draw is open to all U By Emaar members who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
• Entry into the draw will be automatic, as long as the participant has made an Eligible Purchase and linked their transactions to U By Emaar using the application.
• An eligible transaction is defined as the value of the total invoice value before applying any discounts or Upoints redemption.
• Tobacco and related purchases are not calculated as an eligible transaction
• Entry to this promotion is only valid on eligible transactions across participating F&B outlets and not for any other dining experiences or outlets.

ENTRY PERIOD: The campaign will take place from March 22 to April 21, 2023. Transactions made on April 22, 2023, until 3 am will also be included. The raffle draw will take place on April 28, 2023.

SPEND THRESHOLD: Members who spend a minimum net amount of AED 200 at participating Emaar Hospitality outlets during Ramadan for Suhoor or Iftar will qualify for individual entry into the raffle draw.

ENTRY MECHANICS: 

U By Emaar members who complete the following transactions during the Entry Period will be eligible to participate in the raffle draw:

• Members who complete five visits at Emaar Hospitality outlets during Ramadan for Suhoor or Iftar will receive one entry into the raffle draw.
• Members who complete ten visits at Emaar Hospitality outlets during Ramadan for Suhoor or Iftar will receive two entries into the raffle draw.
• Members who complete fifteen or more visits at Emaar Hospitality outlets during Ramadan for Suhoor or Iftar will receive three entries into the raffle draw.

FREQUENCY REWARD: The more visits a member completes, the more entries they will receive into the raffle draw.

WINNER:

• The winner of the draw will be announced on the week commencing 1 May and will be announced on @UByEmaar social media platforms
• The winner of the Draw will be contacted by email or telephone using the mobile number registered 
• If the management is unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then the management reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner

PRIZE: There will be only one winner chosen at the end of the campaign who will win one million Upoints, worth AED 100,000. The raffle draw will be conducted at the Emaar Head Office in the presence of a DED official on April 28, 2023.

DISQUALIFICATION: Emaar Hospitality reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms and conditions, including but not limited to entries that are incomplete or inaccurate. Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents, and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw, are not allowed to participate in the Draw.

PRIVACY: Emaar Hospitality will collect personal information from participants solely for the purpose of the raffle draw. By participating in the raffle draw, participants consent to Emaar Hospitality's collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for this purpose.

GENERAL: Emaar Hospitality reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend the raffle draw at any time. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
