Why was my membership account not updated with Upoints I just earned?

Upoints are credited to your membership account after you have settled your bill or invoice. Upoints earned at hotel are credited to your account in the following 24-48 hours once the payment has been settled. Upoints earned on spend at restaurants, spas and entertainment partner attractions are credited instantly. However, please allow for up to 12-24 hours to ensure that they have been updated to your account.
