I submitted a claim for missed Upoints on my room stay, but the website shows it as invalid. Why is this happening?

This may be because over 60 days have passed since you checked-out or the claim was made for a stay before the launch of U By Emaar on [01/02/2016]. It may also be that the selected room rate did not qualify for Upoints.
