If you want to cancel an existing membership, you will need to provide a written notification of cancellation to customerservice@UbyEmaar.com. Upon receipt, U By Emaar call centre will terminate the membership by deducting all Upoints and tier Upoints. Members will not be able to avail of any service benefit offered by U By Emaar loyalty programme.
