Terms and Conditions:
- The campaign is open to all U By Emaar loyalty programme members.
- Members must book and stay at participating Emaar properties during the campaign period to qualify.
- Bonus Upoints will be awarded based on the number of stays during the campaign period.
- Only stays paid for and completed during the campaign period are eligible.
- A minimum of 96 hours must elapse between the end of one stay and the beginning of the next at the same property for the stays to be considered separate.
- Cancellations, no-shows, and bookings made with points redemption are not eligible for this campaign.
- The bonus points are cumulative and increase with each additional stay as specified in the offer mechanism.
- Stays must be booked directly through Emaar’s official booking channels i.e., the brand website and the U By emaar application.
- Only completed stays within the campaign period (1 July to 31 August) are eligible.
- Consecutive nights at the same property will be considered as one stay.
- Bonus Upoints will be credited to the member’s account within 30 working days after the campaign period has ended.
- In case of any discrepancies, members should contact customer service within 60 days from the date of activity.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Bonus points will be awarded based on individual stays and not on the total number of rooms booked.
- Points earned through this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- U By Emaar reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Members are subject to the terms and conditions of the U By Emaar loyalty programme.
- In the event of a dispute, U By Emaar’s decision will be final and binding.
