• Qualifying customers: All U By Emaar cardholders will receive the EDM and SMS. Only customers who have spent AED 500 and above will be eligible for an entry in the draw.
• Both primary and secondary U By Emaar credit cards are eligible for the offer.
• Customers must use his / her U By Emaar credit card for a single transaction of AED 500 or above.
• Every additional AED 500 spent will add an entry to the draw.
• Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, cash advances, purchases of traveller’s checks, person-to-person payments, the purchase or reloading of prepaid cards, and purchases of other cash equivalents.
• Purchase reversals, refunds and transactions disputed by the customer are excluded from this offer.
• The Promotion is applicable only to eligible transactions made with Emirates NBD U By Emaar Credit Cards and does not apply to transactions made with any other payment method or any other bank cards.
• The offer is non-transferable.
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

• Winners will receive an e-code via email which can be redeemed for a physical Emaar gift card from the service desk at Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, and Dubai Marina Mall.
• The e-codes will be valid for 3 months; if the customer does not redeem the code within this period, the code will expire.
• Emaar gift cards can be redeemed across Emaar Malls, Emaar Hospitality, and Emaar Entertainment.
