   1. All eligible transactions will receive 20% discount in total off the Best Available Rate at the time of booking
   1. The double discount is inclusive of a member’s tier discount of 10% i.e. members will receive only additional 10% plus the tier discount of 10%
   1. This discount is applicable only for individual bookings and not group bookings
   1. The discount is non transferrable
   1. The offer will be considered void where prohibited by law or should these terms and conditions not be met
   1. You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility

1. A member to be eligible for this discount must make a booking on EmaarHospitality.com or directly at the desired participating outlet using their U By Emaar member credentials to successfully validate and apply the additional 10% discount

Governing Law:

2. This discount and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts)
3. All discounts and related benefits are subject to U By Emaar program terms and conditions
4. The discount stands to be refused should any of the above terms and conditions are not met
