Terms & conditions​

1. Members can support their favourite team on the U By Emaar app and enjoy additional points when they Stay, Dine, Shop or Play
2. Members will be required to download the app and support a team on the U By Emaar mobile application
3. Members can select a team of their choice for every match
4. When their selected team wins, their spends for the day are eligible for accelerated points as per the ‘Acceleration Schedule’
5. All matches and accelerated earnings are as per their schedules on Oct 17^th 2021, any change in timings, teams and other information is subject to change at Emaar’s discretion without prior notice
6. Members will only be allowed to select a team 48 hours prior to the match start as per the schedule on the U By Emaar app
7. Match start timings are as per the schedules on the U By Emaar app, U By Emaar will not be responsible for any change or cancellation of any matches due to any reasons
8. Participating business and U By Emaar supersede any pending decisions that determine the outcome of any disputed accelerated earnings
9. The U By Emaar Cricket Cup does not represent or in any way is partnered with the ICC T20 World Cup brand, its trademarks, partners, sponsors or other associations and official establishments

Acceleration Schedule

1. All Round 1 matches scheduled between Oct 17 – Oct 22, 2021 are eligible for 2X points earnings
2. All Round 2 Super 12 matches scheduled between Oct 23 – Nov 08, 2021 are eligible for 3X points earnings
3. All Round 3 Play Offs scheduled between Nov 10 – Nov 11, 2021 are eligible for 4x points earnings
4. The Finals scheduled on Nov 14 will be eligible for 5x points earnings

Acceleration Rewards Structure

1. Accelerated rewards will be credited to members account based on the schedule updated on the U By Emaar app
2. Eligibility criteria to earn accelerated rewards is based on the supported team winning a particular match on the date of transaction
3. All accelerated earnings will only be calculated on the base earnings as per U By Emaar program rules
4. All accelerated points/bonus points will be credited to members accounts within 7 working days of the eligible transaction

Eligibility

1. All transactions made across participating U By Emaar venues at Emaar Hospitality, Emaar Malls and Emaar Entertainment are eligible to participate in this promotion
2. Any transaction made after supporting a team on the app stands eligible for accelerated points as per the acceleration schedule
3. All transactions required to be fully paid to be eligible for accelerated earnings
4. In the event of customers booking a hotel stay across participating hotels under U By Emaar the transaction marking the completion of payment is when it will be considered as an eligible transaction
5. Transactions will be required to be made on the same calendar day of the start time of the match only
6. In the event that a match continues into the next day as per Gulf Standard Time, transactions only on the day of when the match started will be considered eligible with an exception of F&B transactions across Emaar Hospitality dining venues only before 3.00 am GST
7. Spends after any discounts including tier discounts, outlets packages, taxes, government fees and similar charges will only be considered as an eligible transaction
8. In the event of any disputes, U By Emaar reserves the right to withdraw any benefits, offers, discounts and accelerated points to be awarded as part of this campaign
9. For Emirates NBD U By Emaar credit card holders will only be rewarded accelerated earnings on transactions made within Emaar Hospitality and Emaar Entertainment by scanning their bar code on their credit card (accelerated rewards will only be given as per U By Emaar tier benefit structure i.e. 1 U Points on every AED 1 spent)
10. For Emirates NBD U By Emaar credit card holders only receipt upload transactions across Dubai Marina Mall, The Springs Souk, The Meadows Souk and The Meadows Village will be rewarded accelerated points (accelerated rewards will only be given as per U By Emaar tier benefit structure i.e. 1 U Points on every AED 20 spent)

Governing Law:

• This discount and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts)
• All discounts and related benefits are subject to U By Emaar program terms and conditions
• Any accelerated points and benefits as part of this campaign stands to be refused should any of the above terms and conditions are not met
